Hebrews 13:15 (KJB) By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
There is always something that we can be thankful for, such as the rising of the sun or the food that God provides on the supper table. But most people will completely forget to take a minute to lift up their appreciation for all of the things that God regularly does for us each and every day. When we remember Him in such a manner, it pleases Him, and He will reward a grateful heart. God is worthy of our praise, and we must always bring Him the offering of a grateful heart, recognizing each of the blessings that He gives us, and praising His name for them!

Evening
James 1:22 (KJB) But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
We can hear all kinds of different things during our day but to act upon them is a completely different situation. Someone might tell you that they are having a rummage sale in town, but then you never stop by. So you see, knowledge by itself does not always produce results. A doer is defined as somebody who acts in order to get something done. Many people might know what the Bible says, but that in and of itself is not enough to get to heaven. The Apostle teaches that we need to do the things that are contained in Scripture, otherwise you are just lying to yourself. When we hear God’s Word, you are attaining knowledge, but true wisdom comes from the application of what you have learned to your daily life. Acting upon the things that we learn is going to bring forth blessings from God, because I can assure you, that He is a rewarder of those who serve and obey Him.
