Morning
Hebrews 5:12-13 (KJB) For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.
Men in the church have a responsibility to God to mature in the teachings of our faith, and to instruct others. Women are forbidden from teaching in any capacity, which is why Jesus called out to men to preach, not only His original Apostles, but many others who He sent out in pairs. But you can’t send a child to do a man’s job, because they must first go through a process of growth, which was something that many of the men in the church were lacking. There are some very serious issues concerning our salvation, and God needs serious men to be preaching that message. I’m speaking about matters such as His eternal judgments and the consequences for those who choose to live lives of impenitence, rebellion and resisting God’s will. To preach the full message of God’s Kingdom will require moving on from baby food, and preaching the meat of Holy Scripture, because only then will you move forward from living in the nursery of Spiritual adolescence, into a full grown, dedicated, and solemn man of God.

Evening
Luke 10:16 (KJB) He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.
Sometimes the preaching of scriptural truth is going to bring forth a negative response from the public, but we must never become disheartened, because we are not the ones who are responsible for their rejection of biblical teachings. The duties of a man of God is to plant the seeds of scripture into people’s hearts, but many times it’s not going to find favorable conditions to grow into fruition. Always remember that those who are of God are going to hear God’s words, along with the men whom He has sent into this world to preach it. But those who despise His messengers despise not only Christ Jesus, but the Heavenly Father who sent Him!
