Colossians 3:16 (KJB) Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
Music is a great medium to teach and instruct others in specific topics. Even during our elementary years, many of the songs that we sang instructed us about certain aspects, such as learning the alphabet. But we can also put biblical teachings to music, in order to help us to remember the doctrines of our faith. Spiritual songs help us to learn and constantly keep God’s Word in the forefront of our minds, correcting and admonishing us in the many facets of our faith.

Evening
1 Thessalonians 2:3-4 (KJB) For our exhortation was not of deceit, nor of uncleanness, nor in guile: But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.
Paul was not a people pleaser, meaning he didn’t tiptoe around the tulips in order to not offend others who were walking outside of the one true faith. He was a very meek man, but you could depend on him to give it to you straight. Sometimes he would go through extreme persecution at the hands of people who were rejecting what he was trying to explain to them. Our precious Lord Jesus wanted to save others, by preaching the truth of the kingdom of God. But many people refused to accept what He was saying and even hung Him on the cross. Don’t be deceived, because there is a huge form of false Christianity on the rise, and it will get worse, filled up with people who reject many of the teachings of the King James Bible. They are preaching heresies, false teachings and open rebellion against the will of God, and revile those who take a stand against their wicked works. But as the Apostle Paul found out, it really doesn’t matter if the entire world is against you, because if you are preaching the Truth of Holy Writ, then God is truly on your side.
