Morning
Revelation 17:4-5 (KJB) And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
The other afternoon I had been reading about the plethora of Catholic heresies and the false.things that they do and teach. I took a break to go split some wood, and when I was involved doing that, I said to myself deep inside my heart that they were a completed abomination to God. A half hour later when I was stacking wood in my house, I realized that this is exactly what it teaches in the Book of Revelation. They drink the cup of the Lord unworthily, and are the mother of all heretical and disobedient denominations in the world today. No doubt, they are going to face the fierce wrath of God, because it is clear that this passage is spoken of them.

Evening
Luke 13:24 (KJB) Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
Jesus taught that the way to heaven is very narrow, and many are going to try to get in but they will come up short. This means that a lot of people who claim to be a Christian are not going to be in heaven. Apparently 30% of people globally now claim to be a Christian, but many of them are simply not going to obtain eternal life. This is because they never chose to seek God and educate themselves in His will. They never really humbled themselves and submitted to His calling and purpose for their life. They never chose to turn from their sins and obey the doctrines and teachings of our faith. Many of them will simply put a cross around their neck and wear a t-shirt with a verse, claiming to believe in Jesus but never putting forth the effort to grow in the teachings of our faith and the will of God. If people want a degree from college they must strive to get it! They must show up in classes. They must pass the tests! A Christian must do the same, striving diligently to understand the Spiritual things that they claim to believe in, coupled with a heart that is humble enough to obey. Blessings will come to all those who do this, both here on the Earth and in the Everlasting world to come. Through the grace of God we have a new chance at life, so make sure that you make it a good one!
