Morning
Ephesians 5:15-16 (KJB) See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
Each of us are sinners who have come short of the glory of God, but after we wash our sins away in baptism, we must be completely transformed from the old person that we used to be in our past, to a brand new creature in Christ Jesus. As unbelievers, we would waste many hours of our day doing things that were completely unproductive, and sinful, but now as a Christian, we must take advantage of every moment that we are given to do what is right in the sight of God and others. Our days on the Earth are like a wisp of smoke and then they will be gone, so use the remaining time that God has given you to bring forth the fruits of righteousness, and furthering the things of the Kingdom of God!

Evening
Ephesians 6:10-11 (KJB) Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
For thousands of years, soldiers have worn protective armor when they went into battle, and a Christian must do the same thing. As a soldier of Christ, you must put on the Spiritual armor of God, to protect yourselves from all the wickedness that is going on in the world today. The devil is constantly engaged in battle and trying to lead people away from the truth of the Christian Life, and we must resist him completely with the teachings of our faith. Each day we must stand our ground, and never allow the devil to penetrate the front line, using the greatest weapon in our arsenal, the Sword of God’s Holy Word.
