Thoughts of the Day 10/15/26 am
Colossians 3:12-13 (KJB) Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
When we begin the Christian Life, we need to completely reject the attitudes that we had in our past, and become a new creature in Christ. Rather than being a cruel and unkind person, we must become loving and merciful towards others. Christianity is about a change from what we used to be into what God wants you to become. God will reward you for your efforts, and blessed is everyone who turns away from the world in order to walk in the way of Christ

Thoughts of the Day 10/15/26 pm
1 Thessalonians 2:3-4 (KJB) For our exhortation was not of deceit, nor of uncleanness, nor in guile: But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.
Most people in the world are not going to be pleased when you tell them the truth of Scripture, and will become argumentative and hostile because of their own hardhearted rejection of God’s will. The teachings of God’s Word is not going to sit well in the ears of the impenitent, because they will resist the Truth along with all those who preach it. People pleasers tell others exactly what they want to hear in order to receive the response that they crave, but those who desire to please God speaketh the Words of God, and are a spokesman of Biblical Truth.
