Morning
1 Timothy 4:8 (KJB) For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
Many people in the world today like to exercise regularly. Some of them consider it a non-negotiable item in their life, something that they will do each morning when they get out of bed. Exercise is defined as a regular and repetitive activity that is designed to improve or maintain physical fitness, but in comparison to Spiritual exercise, diligently focusing on the physical aspects of the body profits us very little. This is because the time that we have on Earth is like a wisp of smoke, in contrast to the everlasting world to come. The greatest exercise that you could ever commit your life to, is the Spiritual training of the soul, because whereas the human body will eventually grow old and perish, the soul will abide forever.

Evening
1 Timothy 4:1-2 (KJB) Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
There are going to be numerous Christians who at one time were living faithful lives for the Lord Jesus, but rather than obeying those who have instructed them in their faith, they will turn their ears away and listen to seducing spirits instead. The devil will try to come inbetween the under-shepherds of Christ and the sheep of God. The Apostle Paul rebuked the devil for trying to lead a deputy named Sergius Paulus away from the faith, and actually casted him into blindness for a season. The devil has been doing these kinds of things ever since the Garden of Eden, when he led Eve away from the will of God. Those who try to lead a conservative young believer in Christ away from obedience to the teachings of Scripture, are completely worthless in the sight of God. They might as well grab a millstone and jump in a lake, because the only thing that they are really good for, is fish food.
