Thoughts of the Day 6/17/26 am
1 Corinthians 2:11-12 (KJB) For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
The Apostle Peter taught that the Holy Ghost is a gift from God, and was urging people to repent and be baptized in the Name of Christ Jesus so they could receive it. But before I was baptized by submersion, I had read certain parts of the Bible, but never really understood them at all. This is because spiritual things cannot be understood by those who haven’t taken the steps required to obtain the Holy Spirit. When you are submerged in the waters of baptism, and it is done because of a sincere act of your faith in Christ Jesus, you will begin to see and understand things in Scripture that you were never able to grasp before. Our family has picked a lot of pine cones in our life, but in order to determine the best trees to harvest, you need a good set of binoculars to see what the naked eye cannot. To understand scripture, we also must have the Holy Spirit, because it is our spiritual binoculars to see the things of God that the natural man cannot. Have faith and repent and be baptized each one of you, and you will find Spiritual sight, to see the things of God that none of us could never see before!

Thoughts of the Day 6/17/26 pm
John 15:20-21 (KJB) Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep your’s also. But all these things will they do unto you for my name’s sake, because they know not him that sent me.
We are living through some very dark times right now, because many people who claim to follow Christ are the most disobedient wretches in this world. They are far worse than ignorant unbelievers, because they claim to follow a perfect and sinless God, yet they are complete reprobates to the teachings of our faith. Persecution most often times will come from the hands of the impenitent, because they want to believe that they are going to heaven, but are filled up with the evil works of darkness. Take it from somebody who knows, as I have dealt with many trusted relatives who in all actuality are the children of the devil, and their women are the offspring of Jezebel. Although at times their works are hidden from the public, their evil deeds are clearly seen in the eyes of God, and will be brought into account on the day of judgment. They will not be able to escape the wrath of the Almighty, nor will anyone who chooses to live their life void of repentance and rebellion against the will of God. You had better fear God, because those who don’t will be weeping and gnashing their teeth forever. Mock my words and I guarantee you God shall mock you eternally, so repent before it’s too late.
