2 Peter 2:1-2 (KJB) But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
Many people are going to follow false Christianity, and Roman Catholicism is the prime example of quite a bit of it. The Protestant Reformation which some people call it, was not led by Martin Luther but by the Catholic Church, who rather than submitting themselves to his conscience, were filled up with their own pride, arrogance and the love for financial gain. Although giving gifts to the church it’s highly commendable in the sight of God, selling salvation is disgusting,, and sincere men of God are about the most giving people that you are ever going to meet.. Catholicism is the epitome of the whore of Babylon that is spoken of in the Book of Revelation, and are the leaders of the most heretical and false teachings of this world. I am convinced that Catholicism is the root from which every evil springs, and hopefully some of them will repent.
