Romans 12:19 (KJB) Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
When somebody wrongs you, the natural tendency of human nature is to wrong them right back. Even when somebody does evil towards us, we are not supposed to resist, but allow ourselves to suffer on the behalf of Christ. The Lord Jesus is watching when you faithfully endure such things, and you can know for a fact that when you faithfully submit to His will, He is going to bring down His wrath upon those who hurt His children. Praise God for His Justice!

Matthew 9:11-13 (KJB) And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners? But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick. But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
In order to save sinners, Jesus left heaven above and came down to this sinful world so He could guide us on the path of salvation. Many times He would sit down and visit with them over dinner, eating a meal beside them while He explained the teachings of our faith. Many people are wandering throughout this world without a shepherd to lead them, and Men of God are under-shepherds of the Lord Jesus who are called to this very thing. A sinner cannot become a Saint if no one ever bothers to reach out to heal their souls, and the Servants of Christ are called to be Heavenly physicians of our faith.
