Morning
Psalms 18:1-3 (KJB) I will love thee, O LORD, my strength. The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.
The Lord is extremely protective of His meek and humble Saints, and will always watch over them and deliver them from the evil workers of iniquity. Young David had complete faith and trust in the protection of God when he rose up to fight against Goliath in the valley of Elah. He knew beyond a doubt that the God would fight the battle for him, and surround him with His Divine protection. The Lord knew the heart of David and was fully aware of his great love towards Him, and delivered him from danger, and out of the hand of the enemy. Oh, love the Lord all ye His Saints, from the depths of your souls, for His hand is upon the faithful, and all of the meek in heart.

Evening
John 8:21-24 (KJB)) Then said Jesus again unto them, I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, ye cannot come. Then said the Jews, Will he kill himself? because he saith, Whither I go, ye cannot come. And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world. I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.
As we spoke about recently, the wages of sin is death, and the Bible has concluded that everybody has sinned at one time or another and come short of the glory of God. Because of this, everybody has to obtain God’s forgiveness, but it is only available through faith in God’s only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. We can receive the complete remission of our sins when we are baptized by submersion into His name. This has to be done, because if people don’t have the faith to do that, then they never really had faith in the first place. People must be converted to Christ Jesus, because apart from his mercy, people are going to die in their sinful condition. The solution is repentance towards God and being baptized into the faith, and bringing forth fruit that is meet for repentance!
